Facebook Business Manager is a tool used to manage Facebook advertising accounts. It allows you to:

  • manage objects such as company pages, advertising accounts, audience lists, and product catalogs, pixels, etc. using a single interface
  • delegate and control access to your accounts; 
  • track and analyze the results of advertising campaigns.

With Facebook Business Manager, you can manage your pages and advertising accounts as well as those of others, and outsource management to contractors.

To add a page to Business Manager, you need to go through a certain step-by-step process:

  1. Go to Company settings.
  2. In the Accounts section, go to Pages.
  3. Add a page:

– Add a page that already exists if you are the administrator of a company page. You can also specify a URL or a page name.

– Request access to a page if you need to manage a customer page or a page managed by another business manager.

– Create a new page if you want to start from scratch.

It is worth clarifying that it is impossible to transfer an advertising account to another Business Manager, so there are additional difficulties associated with delegating access.

Most often, a Business Manager limits the number of created advertising accounts. If necessary, you can contact support with a request to extend the limit, but the decision will depend on the reputation of your Business Manager.
